*Kavalackal Village jetty*
(Formerly known as chempakassery Jetty)
Kuttanadu Paddy fields and tourist huts on river side etc are the sights at this place. The amusing fact is that all these paddy field are below the water levels of lakes and canals.
*Karumadikuttan*
The statue of Karumadikuttan on the pampa river bank at Karumadi, is one of the largest budhist statues in a sitting posture, made of granite. Many fascinating legends are associated with this 11th centaury statue of Lord Bhudha.
*Pallana Kumarakodi*
The place where Kumaranasan , one of the famous Malayalam poet and revolutionary who helped to bring in great changes in the then social system of the state met with his tragic death in the Capsizing of the boat ‘Redeemer’
*Thrikunnapuzha Coir Village*
Thrikunnapuzha coir village is the other destination of the journey. For rest and food 10 minutes time will be allowed to the tourists when the boat reaches at coir village jetty. Thrikunnapuzha village is populated mostly by coir workers. Their handicrafts are really surprising. See for yourself the artistic skills of the workers and coir weaving methods.

Amrithapuri is place where the Asramam (Monastery) of Matha Amrithanathamayi, who is worshipped world-wide by many devotees. Amrithapuri is a sacred place,blending natural beauty with metaphysical thoughts of mankind rendering great Spiritual pleasure.

Kumarakom to Kumarakom
Introduction – This few hrs day trip in houseboat is designed for those who does not want to stay in boat or does not have much time due to their schedule in Kerala or those who want to experience houseboat for few hrs. One can select two different route – first one is from Kumarakom to Aleppey and back, second one is Kumarakom – vembanadu lake – pathiramanal island etc.
Programme – Check in Houseboat and cruise through Vembanadu Lake – the biggest lake in Kerala. One have a chance to experience the biggest fresh water lake in Kerala along with Chithirakayal (small lake). The houseboat make a trip through R Block and C Block canals – which is in Aleppey – all paddy fields where paddy cultivated below sea level. OR visit Pathiramanal Island in Vembanadu Lake, glimpse of Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary from lake, canals of Kumarakom etc.
